A security deposit (one month's rent) plus first month's rent is payable at joining; rent is on a prepaid basis.
Security deposit is refunded when vacating, provided one month's prior notice is given.
Rent is due on or before the 5th of every month; late fines apply thereafter.
Alcohol, smoking and personal electrical appliances/iron boxes are not permitted inside the PG.
Gates close by 10:00 PM; guests are charged separately with a refundable deposit.
